The Welsh Open is one of snooker’s longest running tournaments, a professional ranking event held every year since 1992. Ronnie O’Sullivan & John Higgins both have the record for most titles, with four each. Last season Stuart Bingham beat Judd Trump 9-8 in an exciting final.
128 players will be battling for the prestigious title. The tournament is part of the Home Nations series along with the English Open, Northern Ireland Open, and Scottish Open.
The tournament will run from February 26th to March 4th, 2018.
